We offer Belt Conveyor. Whenever bulk material requires continuous transportation, COBIT Belt Conveyors are reliable mean. These can be used in process plants, construction fields etc. Where material varying widely in lump size, moisture content, chemical features and temperature. COBIT’s expertise in designing enables us to select proper belt, drive and optimum speed; hence final product is most economical conveyor system. COBIT’s idlers are greased packed for life and hence less maintenance headache. Conveyors are provided with skirting at feed point to prevent spillage and scrapper to maintain clean belt.

We offer pipe belt conveyor. COBIT has successfully commissioned Pipe Belt Conveyor system. The belt is a conventional trough shape at the feed end and is rolled by six special rollers into the circular section. At the discharge end, the pipe belt conveyor is opened up by a special idler arrangement and the material is discharged. The system is applicable for various industries like cement (material – limestone), power stations (material – coal, ash), chemical (material – poisonous and toxic chemicals), fertilizer, paper, food etc.

We offer Screw Conveyor. Simplicity and dust free operations make Screw Conveyors a popular choice for handling powdered and granulated materials. The main reason for the screw’s popularity throughout industry is its relatively low capital and running cost, compact and easily enclosed shape, non-dusty and hygienic operation, ability to handle a wide range of powders and to convey in a vertical as well as a horizontal plane and its general simplicity and reliability. The basic construction of a Screw Conveyor is a centre shaft round which is wound helicoids flight. The size of the pitch of flight depends on its function. Capacity is approximately proportional to the speed of rotation and the square of the diameter.

We offer Apron Conveyor. COBIT’s Apron Conveyors are designed to handle heavy, lumpy and abrasive materials such as ores, coal, stones, cullet, steel scrap and other material that will ruin lighter type of conveyors. COBIT Apron Conveyor consists of overlapping steel slats carried over two endless stands of conveyor chains. Aprons have overlapping side plates to confine the load and eliminate skirt board throughout the length. Outboard rollers are provided outside chain strands to simplify maintenance and replacement. These rollers are designed to save power and reduce wear.

We offer Enmass Conveyors. COBIT’s Enmass conveyors can be used for handling a variety of free flowing material. It has trouble-free operations with high in performance and low in maintenance.

We offer Deep Bucket Conveyor. COBIT’s Deep Bucket Conveyors are designed to convey material horizontally as well as on incline angles upto 50 degrees. The buckets are so designed that even on steep inclines high capacities are maintained. They can convey hot cement clinker, hot pellets, hot lime, hot sinter, hot slag and similar material. COBIT’s Deep Bucket Conveyor’s consists of series of overlapping steel buckets with endless strands of conveyor chains on either side. Out-board rollers are provided outside chain strands to simplify maintenance and replacement. These rollers are designed to save power and reduce wear.
