...moreTerrace Waterproofing
Waterproofing of different areas of building can be carried out after inspecting it closely for soundness test and if the surface is ready to take the appropriate waterproofing system. Terrace waterproofing - The economical way to protect it from ingress of rainwater, polymer and cement is mixed together to achieve paintable slurry which seals the porosity of the surface and acts as a waterproof barrier. Two to three coats are applied with brush on leaky surfaces which act as a waterproof paint. Elastomeric Cementitious waterproof slurry is another improved system for underlayment treatment for treating leaky concrete surfaces. It is then covered by layer of mortar to protect it by wear & tear.Acrylic based flexible single component terrace waterproof coatings are also available from various manufacturers. These coatings although more expensive have a better life span of about 3-4 years depending on the condition of the building structure.
...moreRising Dampness
Rising dampness in buildings occurs when water from the ground rises up through the bricks and mortar of a building by a process termed as "capilliarity" due to the absence or failure of DPC (Damp Proof Course) at plinth level. In simple terms, the water rises up the wall of a building in the same way that oil rises up through the wick of a lamp. Older buildings are affected by rising damp to some degree or another. The moisture will continue to rise until it reaches a height where, unless no evaporation is possible, gravity takes over and pulls it down again. The most common forms of rising damp treatment usually involves the injection of a siliconate type chemical either in the form of solution or cream. This is usually done by drilling holes in a band around the affected wall and injecting the recommended chemical or cream solution.
...morejoint sealants
For the function and the durability of the building joint sealing is very important although it is only a small part of the whole construction. Sealants are responsible for buildings water and air tightness; an important detail for the durability and energy saving properties of a building.

...moreExterior Waterproofing
Exterior walls are subject to constant exposure to sun and rain which impact their durability. The regular exterior paints have a role to play on the decorative front but have very limited capability to withstand the rain lashing and handling of cracks on external surfaces. To solve this problem we have high performance elastomeric coatings that offer waterproofing as well as superior sheen to your building exteriors. It provides a complete solution to prevent dampness and seepage through exteriors. This paint is available in any shade of your choice as well, therefore eliminates the need to paint once again. These paints have a life of 3-7 years depending on the condition of the building structure hence much cheaper than traditional methods. To improve the life of any exterior waterproof paint or coatings, proper crack filling and repair of hollow portions of the building must be carried out before application.
