This causes minimum wear and stress on motor bearings and drive shafts.   By varying chord width and angle of incidence along the length of the blade SCS fans yield significantly higher performance than constant-chord-width fans as they develop constant velocities along the full blade length.   SCS FRP Fans with pitch control enable the field technicians to change pitch settings easily in order to optimize fan performance or to change field applications.

AFF is “Submerged Activated Fixed Film Reactor” is a type of aerobic attached growth treatment process. It is principally designed to enhance the efficiency of conventional activated sludge process. The conventional process tanks occupy larger land area, involve constant monitoring of parameters like MLSS & SVI, require continuous power supply and are susceptible to shock loads. SAFF reactor, whereas , needs , less power , lower volume, no recycling of sludge , less footprint area, besides allowing higher loading to make it an acceptable product. With lower sludge generation plug flow design for positive treatment, SAFF reactors help the ETP users do away with a host of monitoring and running costs, making operations of ETPs easier. Besides this, parallel plate separators and tube settlers are products that are today replacing huge solidsludge removal equipment. The use of structured plastic media with the Activated sludge process helped to reduce the volume of the tanks with increased performance. The SAFF systems can easily fit in to underground basins because of small foot print area hence the system is most useful for Sewage Treatment Plants in crowded cities where space is a constraint.

Random BioMedia B-185 has been designed for more important applications in wastewater treatment Viz., Trickling Filters or Biotowers, Hybrid Reactors with aerobic application and anaerobic applications. Since the product is made up of Poly Propylene material, it is non reactive and hence recommended for most applications including for refineries.   The B-185 Random BioMedia provides large surface area up to the tune of 105sq.m/m3 for the bacterial growth. The product has been extensively used for other industrial wastewater treatment application including Anaerobic hybrid reactors, SAFF reactors and other submerged aerobic applications. Trickling Filters or Biotwers are the other segments where B-185 Random BioMedia shall be used effectively. B-185 Random BioMedia shall be stacked for more than 8-10mtrs and still the media doesn’t settle or crumble. The PP media has been treated for UV radiation and hence protected by sunlight!   B-185 media has circular configuration with flower design with internal cross segments in order to provide better surface area for the bacterial growth. The media has overall diameter : height ratio of 3.5 so that sufficient space in between is the media is maintained and hence the void ratio. When randomly placed inside the reactor, B-185 media orient itself in such a fashion that wastewater and air movement is throughout the periphery of the media thus making complete utilization of surface area provided
