These are ideal for such applications where soil conditions are very corrosive, such as soil with high salt and moisture content. These rods are also available with tin plating in order to reduce the risk of oxidation and thus increase their functional life. Threads on the rods are formed by roll threading process, which provides an extra strength to the threads, eliminating the risk of chipping of threads while driving the rod in the ground.
