Solid pins offer better conductivity and therefore carry the rated load without any chance of failure. They also consist of Pinch type wiring system which ensure firmer contact and increases the contact area, unlike the conventional plugs which allow loose connections. Delrin Cord Grip System which ensures constant connection during accidental cord pull, or even during the roughest handling is also incorporated into the design. 13A & 15A plugs are available with inbuilt fuse to safeguard your costly electrical equipment and appliances.

All busbar come with fabricated body, rust protected and Phosphated in 7 tank process. All the sides of our busbar are detachable to facilitate easy wiring and allow expansionextension by coupling to another busbar. We use electrolytic Copper rectangular dual rods designed to be used with our clamps and sockets to facilitate all 3 types of cable sockets namely soldering type, lugs or flat copper strips. Our Busbar design ensured the correct rating all through out its use and will not allow any over load as the conventional model widely used in our country. No drilling required in our design, just add as many clamps to connect additional cable up to the limit of the length of the dual copper bars.

These boxes have sufficient knock-outs and are available in different dimensions to cater to your specific need. The metal boxes are deep drawn from a single piece of sheet steel to give a edge less single surface, which is then Phosphated and zinc plated, unlike the metal boxes available made out of CRCA or Galvanized sheet steel which tend to rust from the cut edges in humid climate

We are offering change overs range:16 amps to 300 amps 415 volts. (available in 2 poles, 3 poles and 4 poles) quality standards: is 4064 1978-part I and ii features: deep drawn and epoxy coated enclosures from 16 amps to 63 amps. Rust protected and phosphated in 7 tank process. Covers are detachable and pvc gasket packing for weather proofing. All live parts are shielded. For maximum safety all doors are incorporated with an interlocking device so that they open only when the switch handle is in “off” position. The fuse carrier has hrc or rewire able options available. Cpl changeovers are designed for no-load control of alternative supplies.

We are offering isolator switch. Isolator switch front as well as side handle operation range: 16 amps to 63 amps in deep draw design and 100 & 200 amps in fabrication design in tpn (triple pole with neutral) 415 volts. Quality standards: is 4064 1978-part I and ii features: deep drawn and epoxy coated enclosures from 16 amps to 63 amps. Rust protected and phosphated in 7 tank process. Covers are detachable and pvc gasket packing for weather proofing. All live parts are shielded. For maximum safety all doors are incorporated with an interlocking device so that they open only when the switch handle is in “off” position. All front operation isolators come with dmc handles and with a “on” “off” dial indicator.
