This Machine is very compact and rigid in construction used to do lacquer varnish of Cans after printing. This machine is design in 10 stations turret with manifold indexer mechanism.

This machine is used for Lubricating of Slugs with zinc sterate powder prior extrusion process. The machine is very compact in design; the drive is done through motor by a reduction gear box. The machine design in Hexagonal Drum shape.

This machine is made sturdy in construction and highly durable as it is made up of fine grade materials. This machine is used in neck formation of aerosol Cans. The diameter of aerosol cans neck can be customized by pressing the cans and process continued followed by multiple stages by mounting system. This machine is design in four different sizes 18, 24, 30 and 36 stations turret with Geneva indexer mechanism. Aerosol cans are auto feed and unfeed in this machine.

This machine is used for internal bottom gumming of tube for airtight sealing after filling & packaging. It helps to prevent damage of product. It is applied through centrifugal spray gun rotary motion at high rpm to deposit a band of thick latex. Width of latex can be varied with cam motion & sensor controls. Machine is equipped with no tube no latex, indexing turret, a vacuum holding drum for tubes. Spray gun can be adjusted for quantity of deposit. A latex tank is provided for supply to spray gun under pressure.

This machine Lacquer varnishes the inner walls of Cans with spray guns. The machine is equipped with two Spray Guns for Double Spray. Lacquer Machine is vertically design in 16 cups turret. An exhauster is fitted in the machine for the exhaustion of the Superfluous Spray clouds. This part of the Machine is entirely protected by sheet walls coming up to the outer edge of the Turn Table. The Spray Guns are fixed on a vertical sledge moving rhythmically up and down. The Spray Guns only works when Compressed Air is led to them. The Compressed Air feed can be regulated by air valve. The opening of this valve brings air to the Spray Guns even when the Machine itself is not working. This is necessary to adjust the Spraying duration in according with length of the Cans. Spray for different Cans lengths are achieved with adjustable on-off timer. No Cans no spray operation After the first Coating of Lacquering is dry, and the second Coat is then sprayed as well the Cans is then taken out for Drying of the Lacquer Cans to be fed in the Drying Oven for the Drying of Cans. Feeding and take out of Cans is done manually in vertical design.

The cast steel links of the Toggle mechanism incorporate precision machine, knuckles, bearing on to the high quality Phosphorous Bronze seating designed to operate at comparatively low bearing pressures, thus eliminating load and wear on the Connecting Pins.   The system can also be interlocked with the Press control to stop the Press. The Oil pressure deviate from the correct operation range the signal light shows. A mechanical rotary Bowl Feeder selects slugs for delivery to the Press feed Chute. The feeder has an independent motor with a Reduction Gear Box, which is quiet in operation, does not induce Lubrication particles into the atmosphere and can deliver the slugs at a higher rate. The slugs are moved from the feed chute and positioned in the gripper finger over the die by a pusher, spring loaded to prevent incoming slugs being driven into the side of jammed tubes, with a result of damage to the feed. As dual Electro-Mechanical probe system detects Extrusion which is not correctly ejected from the die and will stop the Press instantly. The feed mechanism is mounted on a hinged plate which can be pivoted clear of the tool area to facilitate die changing and feed setting. Adopting the feed mechanism to accept a different type of size of slugs is a simple procedure using the feed change parts, which are available. These can be fitted quickly ensuring a minimum of waste production time. The Press frame, behind the die seating, is designed to accept any of the various types of ejectors or compensators necessary for a particular type of extrusion. A vent is provided in the Press Slide and is fitted with a Pneumatic system to allow pressurized air through the Punch to prevent Collapse caused by the vacuum when stripping thin walled or closed end tubes. The drive shaft of the Press run on Anti-friction Bearings and a Pneumatic Clutch and Break which is fitted on the outer side of the flywheel for any type of maintenance work you should not remove the Clutch and Brake is combined. The drive shaft runs the Crank Shaft which is fitted with a Double Helical Gears. An emergency stop to prevent damage to the Press and ensure operator safety the Press is stopped Automatically if the Clutch air pressure is low, an extrusion does not eject from the die pressure system for the shoulder thickness is mounted on the backside which is adjustable rotate the hand wheel. Then rotate the hand wheel on the top side for fine adjustment of the shoulder thickness and then lock the back side wheel.

The ink distribution can be regulated on one side, with adjusting for three, two or single Colour Printing. The ink distribution can be regulated on one side, with the adjusting screws of the distributing roller and on the other side, through the ink adjustment on the Ductor Blades. All the Machine adjustment points are easily accessible and each Printing unit can be set independently of the other. For fine register adjustment is provided with the Plate rolls both axially and radially. The individual rubber inking rolls are easily detachable. The Zinc Plates are fixed firmly on both ends by means of retaining bars or rolls. The Printing Blanket is fixed securely at both ends to the Printing Cylinder and can be easily inserted.

The Drying Ovens are specially designed for the Drying of Coated and Printed Caps. Coating & Varnish caps need more temperature for drying than printed caps. The smoke created damages the high gloss of Printing and Coating finishing on the caps, so the other Drying Oven is used for Printed caps in which you need less temperature. The machine is designed with three Drying Ovens for Printing, Coating & Varnish Machine. The high gloss finish can be obtained only by three separate Drying Ovens. These ovens are designed in auto combustion gas fired unit as well in electric heaters as per client requirement. We design ovens for output of 60 speed per minute & 90 speed per minute.

This machine is manufactured in 6 stations turret with manifold indexer mechanism with expansion mandrels or normal mandrels as per client requirement. In this machine cans are auto feed by pusher feed mechanism and unfeed by air blow. There is separate mandrel drive motor, separate brush motor, main motor & suction blower is given for feed wedge, scrap & dust collector of cans while brushing.

Brushing machine is made very compact and sturdy in Construction. This machine gives texture finish on outer diameter of aerosol cans with wire brush. This machine is manufactured in 8 stations turret with manifold indexer mechanism with expansion mandrels or normal mandrels as per client requirement. In this machine cans are brushed twise for fine texture finish. There is separate mandrel drive motor, 2 separate brush motor, main motor & suction blower is given for feed wedge, scrap & dust collector of cans while brushing.
