PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONWOODPOL COLORWOOD PRIMER or any shade is an economic interior primer designed to give adhesion, protection and resistance to varying weather conditions such as swelling due to absorption of moisture on wooden surface. It also protects wood from termites and pest attacks.It acts as a penetration primer and fill fine pores and open grains on a wooden surfaces and completely seals the wooden surface and reduce sinking of finish coat applied on wood. Also it gives toothing effect with excellent adhesion properties to the substrate and acts on a strong base for topcoat and hence serves as a good quality wood primer.In many cases it is even used as a finishing coat where decoration of the surface is not of paramount importance like interiors of cabinet, shelf, wall units and cupboard This primer can also be tinted with WOODPOL MELAMINISED PIGMENTED FINISH to match the base coat shade with that of finish coat.      GENERAL INFORMATION♦ Stir the contents well before use since soft sedimentation may occur on storage. Strain through muslin cloth in glass or plastic container. Mixing pot, stirrer & spray gun should be free of moisture since system is sensitive to moisture.♦ Mix only required amount of Base & Hardener to be used. Do not transfer unused or Left - over material after used into original container as it cause the whole container to gelled up.♦ Since system have limited Pot - life (after mixing Base & Hardner) after which they should not be used.♦ Recoating and Hard dry time may be more in case of High humid conditions and/or low ambient temperature.♦ Coverage & dry time varies depend on film thickness, quantity of thinner used & nature of wood. HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION ♦ Handle products in areas of good ventilation. Avoid inhaling vapours since product contains volatile organic solvents.♦ Wear normal protective overalls. Solvent resistant hand gloves, eye goggles are recommended. Avoid skin contact.♦ The product is flammable and the container should therefore be kept away from fire & spark or any ignition source.STORAGE, HANDLING & DISPOSAL♦ Store in original container in cool, dry & well ventilated place.♦ While Handling, avoid inhalation and skin contact. Non solvented epoxy primer for concrete surfaces.   DESCRIPTION : Porosity of concrete surface, moisture and the alkalinity of the concrete surface makes it difficult for the epoxy products to bind with the concrete bases effectively. To get over these problems an effective epoxy primer is made use of. Master Wrap Primer WP-10 is a two component product based on non solvented epoxy base and epoxy hardner. Master Wrap Primer WP-10 binds the epoxy products firmly to the cementitious bases.   PRIMARY USES : To bind epoxy mortars and flooring products to the concrete base taking care of the porosity of the base and mobilising the particles of the mortars into the crevices and holes in the base.   APPLICATIONS : Perma Master Wrap Primer WP-10 is applied on a dry concrete surface which is at least 28 days old before laying epoxy materials. Master Wrap Primer WP-10 forms a part of the system with Master Wrap Saturant WS-20.   ADVANTAGES : Master Wrap Primer WP- 10 thoroughly wets the concretes surface and mobilises the particles of the epoxy products effectively on the concrete surfaces and make it easier for epoxy products to bind with the concrete effectively. Master Wrap Primer WP-10 being moisture tolerant makes the priming easy. There is no need to blow torch the surface to make them bone dry. A reasonably dry surface is good enough Master Wrap Primer WP-10 is resistant to alkalis hence there is no need for the cumbersome process of acid itching the surface.   SUFACE PREPARION : Surface to be primed with Master Wrap Primer WP-10 should be free from dust, dirt, oil, grease, loose particles and excessive moisture.   COVERAGE : Perma Master Wrap Primer WP-10 covers 3-4 sq. mtr. per kg. Higher coverage may be achieved if the base is sufficiently smooth and good.   DIRECTION FOR USE : Mix the base and the rector components of Master Wrap Primer WP-10 till a uniform consistency and colored liquid is obtained. Brush apply this on the surfaces to be primed.   HEALTH AND SAFETY : Epoxy products generally cause irritation to the skin. Use of hand gloves by the workers is advised. Upon completion of day’s work all the packing material should be burnt and buried.   PACKING : Perma Master Wrap Primer WP-10 is available in 1 kg pre weighted units.   SHELF LIFE : Perma Master Wrap Primer WP-10 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
