The machine is designed for practical and easy operation and running is noiseless very easy to operate with minimum of attention, the machine is provided with a hand drive worm gear arrangement to lift and lower the bowl and is complete with 3 phase 400/440 volts, 50 cycles electric motor.

Steam pressure Complete with steam inlet and cold water inlet and outlet connections with standard fitting like pressure gauge, vent cock, release valve and drain. Bowl also suitable for vacuum application and fitted with 3 nos. of castor wheel, two fixed and one swivel type. Suitable locking lugs for fixing bowl to the machine.   SALIENT FEATURES : All contact parts of the mixing bowl and beater are made out of S.S. 304 materials or S.S. 316, as per requirements. Scrapping blades can also be provided if required. The mixing bowl can be jacketed for electric / steam heating. Ideal equipment for small batch sizes. Manual lifting arrangements for agitators up to 50 Ltrs and motorised lifting arrangement for capacities of 100 ltrs and above can be provided. The top of the mixing bowl has an S.S. lid with a charging hole. The mixing bowl is provided with castor wheels and locking system for easy handling and transportation. Flame proof motor can be supplied as optional.
