On demand half size drum heater could be made Construction : This industrial drum heater ( vertical model) has a well type, double walled construction. The Inner chamber is made of MS with a heat resistive silver paint finish and the outer chamber is also made of MS with a powder coat finish. The industrial drum heater has an electrical heating system, suitable for heating 200ltrs standard size drum. The drum heater is made into 2 semicircular halves, which are joined at one end by heavy duty hinges & clamps and at the other end by a special press fit adjustable lock, with the control panel on one half heater & heater connector junction box on the other half. A SS �U� type Enconel heater of suitable capacity is used as the heating element for uniform distribution of heat. The maximum achievable temperature is 250oC. A digital microprocessor PID temperature controller cum indicator with PT-100 sensor controls the heating process. The unit is easily moveable on its costar wheels.
