MES 1000 series Band Pass Duplexers are manufactured by precision milling of Aluminium block. After machining the cavities and lids including resonators made of copper are silver plated. Pass bandwidths typically 2, 3, 5, 8 MHz and higher are custom built as per the frequency band. Low insertion loss and high isolation are guaranteed. Field tuning is accomplished with silver plated tuning screws on the two sides of the Low pass & High pass Filters. The entire unit is given a coat of epoxy paint for additional protection.
