This is a rotary air unit, complete with air vessel, fitted with safety valve and water level indicator. It provides clean, water washed air for agitation and does not require oil for lubrication. It is kept cool and lubricated by the circulation of water. On account of this, danger of contamination of plating solution with atomised oil of air is avoided. The air receiver vessel is hot dip galvanised to resist against rusting. These units are available in 4 capacities:

A REVOLUTIONARY process by which objects are 3 dimensionally decorated without changing their mechanical and chemical characteristics. Water transfer printing can be done on a wide variety of materials and is particularly suited to PLASTICS, METALS, GLASS, CERAMICS, WOOD AND MDF.

This consists of a Bowl or Tank shaped Unit to hold Polishing media (chips or balls), water & other Chemical compounds. This unit is mounted on a strong frame. The articles to be polished are vibrated at a suitable amplitude and frequency and roll over each other to achieve suitable deburring, descaling, radiusing, & finishing as required. This machine is far more effective & faster than conventional barrels. Suited for intricate & delicate components. Recommended for jewellery applications. Different sizes available.

An Ultra Filter Unit is required in this process for the removal of water-dissolved impurities from the bath. This Unit consists of a Membrane of suitable capacity, high-pressure Pump and inlet outlet pipes. The Unit is conveniently mounted on Angle Frame.  

These blowers consist of a dynamically balanced impeller, which revolves in as stator-cum compression chamber having very fine clearances between them. The impeller is fitted directly on to the motor. Both the suction and pressure openings are located on the outer periphery of the stator to reduce impedence to the air flow thereby developing vacuum and pressure. Feature: • No lubrication is required since there is no friction and hence the air is absolutely oil free. • Practically nil maintenance cost. • Extremely compact unit and can be mounted inside the machines. • Silencer ensures low noise.

  These dryers are of solid construction with a strong & heavy base of Casting. The Body is of sheet metal. The Flywheel and the Perforated Basket are balanced to reduce vibrations. Heating is provided with Elements, which can be easily replaced. The lid is interlocked with the Foot Pedal, which cuts off power supply to the Motor & Heaters.

These are Units with Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller. They are mounted in a Acid / Alkali resistant PVC / Polypropylene Body with suitable gasket to prevent fumes inflow into the body. The Units are complete with a PT 100 type Sensor which can be installed in the Plating Vat using Titanium or Glass Tubing. The Units are easy to install and maintain. 

The presence of an acid radical such as sulphates in a Chromium Solution is a basic requirement, which makes deposition of Chromium possible. Sulphates act only as a Catalyst and are not consumed in the reaction. However, a loss is encountered due to drag out of solution, and throwing power is critically affected. The Sulphate estimation kit provides the quickest and simplest method for estimation and control of Sulphates with accurate results. The kit is easy to operate. Directions are easy to follow. Solutions are clearly indicated. The Kit, as illustrated, is complete with:

A. C. INPUT Rectifiers are designed to work off 415 V AC nominal 3 phases, 50Hz supply and are suitable for a range of 375V to 415-V. Units of very small capacities namely 8V/12V/16V and upto 100 Amps can also be supplied to work off the input voltage of 240V AC nominal 1 phase, 50 Hz supply. D. C. OUTPUT The D.C. output is continuously adjustable from 0 to full rated value, from no load to full rated current, over the input range described. All the 3 phase units are having a low ripple of approx. 5% and as such are suitable for any kind of metal finishing. MAJOR COMPONENTS The units are assembled with high quality materials, and the components are manufactured to relevant specifications as follows: a) MAIN TRANSFORMER: The transformer is wound with electrolytic copper conductors, class 'A’ insulation and conforms to IS 2026 in general. The laminations used are C.R.G.O. Silicon steel low less type. The wound coils are vacuum impregnaked, by using oven-baked varnish. b) I. P. T.: For high current units, transformer secondary is generally double vye, and an I. P. T. wound with copper is provided on the secondary to extend the conduction period of windings and diodes. c) SILICON RECTIFIER: The Rectifier is assembled by using silicon diodes mounted on heat sinks and connected in full wave circuit. Individual R. C. components are used for hole storage protection. The diodes assembly is always selected to have at least 40% extra rating above the max. Output current. d) REGULATOR: In order to facilitate voltage variation from zero onwards, a continuously variable voltage auto transformer conforming to IS 5142 is incorporated. The variacs are oil-cooled units and are used as independent units, or some times, accommodated in the transformer tank. Motorization is provided as optional feature. PROTECTIONS AND METERING: As a general protections on the input, an MCB and 3 nos fuses on the output of variac terminals are provided. 3 nos pilot indicators are incorporated on incoming side. 96 sq. cm. and an ammeter with suitable shunt are provided to read the output parameters. EXTRA FEATURES: For all the rectifiers used in continuous automatic, semi automatic plants, we can also incorporate special features as follows: 1. Remote switching on by using contactors and bimetal overload relay. 2. Push Button operation by motorization for variacs. 3. Constant Voltage or Constant Current features using electronic circuits. 4. Variac Zero start facility. 5. Timers, time totalizers, ampere-hour meters etc. Descriptive literature and detailed maintenance instructions accompany every unit of ours, to expect trouble free service over long periods.

In the Salt Spray Apparatus Chamber articles are exposed to a mist of salt saturated air produced by spraying common salt solution into a closed cabinet. The articles are positioned so that they are exposed to the mist produced. The Apparatus consists of: 1)An acrylic mist chambers that’s non-corroding. 2)A compressor for compressed air supply to chamber.3)Atomizing nozzles for mist formation. 4)A specimen supporter. 5)Heater with temperature controller. (optional)   Standard size: a) 885 (L) x 510(B) x 310 (H) b) 450 (L) x 250 (B) x 220 (H) mm. Models where main Chamber is made from PVC/PP are also available. To conform with ASTM B 117, models where the Salt Solution container is outside of Spray Chamber are also available.

  This is a special Rectifier of capacity ranging up to 100 Volts and 20 Amps. The capacity required depends upon the number of pieces loaded in any batch. The Rectifier consists of ramping arrangement for gradual increases of the voltage, Digital Timer and Digital Meters. The Dimmerstat should be motorized with a Contactor arrangement.

Hanger Model EPB-H This comprises of a Barrel of Polypropylene/Perspex of size 11 ½ “x 6” approx and is suited for a load of 3 to 5 kgs. The unit is ideally meant for usage with a Tank of size 2’ x 2’ x 2’. The unit is powered with a 12 Volts D. C. Geared Motor Power is provided to the Motor from the Cathode Rod of the Tank by connecting the Terminals of the Motor.

  1) Red CompositionsThis is used for quick cutting and for fineness in Polishing. 2) Green CompositionThis is used for finishing of Stainless Steel and for achieving better Chrome finish on Chrome Plated items. 3) S.S. White CompositionAs the name suggests, it is normally used for cutting and polishing of Stainless Steel, particularly Cutlery and Utensils. Also used for finishing dull chrome deposits. 4) Emery Composition Black This is used for finishing of ferrous components. This composition helps to remove scratches and for final finish of Iron and Steel items prior to Nickel Plating. 5) Rouge This is used for finishing of Brass Articles and also for finishing of Gold, Silver items.

These Barrels are designed for bulk or large volume plating, typically for hardware or such articles. These units are designed for quick and efficient handling of materials. These Barrels comprise of a M.S. Tank lined with suitable lining material and fitted with Polypropylene perforated Barrel, bearings, side panels and gear rings. All these remain inside the Barrel. The Barrel can be raised out of the Tank by a hand operated pinion sector mechanism. The plated parts are emptied out conveniently through a Funnel into a Bucket placed on a side rest. The Barrel is counter balanced to minimize the lifting effort. Cathode contacts are of flexible type, designed to give effective current distribution and to be easily removable for stripping.

For polishing of all kinds of Metallic Pipes & Rods from 10mm to 50 mm diameter. The job is fed forward by a three speed variable Cork feed wheel of 184mm dia x 76 mm which rotates the job at correct speed. The feed wheel has a ½ hp Motor. The larger contact wheel is of 304mm dia, 76mm width and 28.57 mm above. This is loaded with an Emery Belt, which serves for Polishing. The Machine is fitted with a foot pedal for releasing the job from Polishing.

  This is an Octagonal M. S. Barrel mounted on C I frame coupled with stout tie bars. It is rotatable, and is powered by a 1 H.P. Geared motor. The standard unit is of 20-kg capacity and has size of 432 mm x 558 mm x 545 mm depth. Other sizes are also available. Lining of the Barrel with Rubber, PVC or Wood can be done as per requirement.

These types of Barrels are used for plating small parts where standard Barrels are not possible, and Tanks are also not practical. The Barrel is Octagonal in shape and of M.S. lined internally with rubber. It is rotatable and is fitted with a Geared Motor of A.C. Supply. These can be used for Copper, Brass, Cadmium, Zinc, Tin, Silver & Nickel Plating.  

When large volume of production is required, it is convenient to use Plating Racks or Jigs. These jigs are made from copper or Brass and the contacts are made from Spring Steel or Phosphor Bronze. The Unit is then coated with an Acid / Alkali resistant Plastisol or PVC Coating.Jigs can even be made from S. S. and Titanium for specific applications. Jigs have to designed in accordance with the shape & size of component, Tank Size, production desired, and Current Distribution. We undertake designing & fabrication of Jigs for both Manual and Auto Matic Plants. 

Hull-Cell provides a simple and rapid method of visually testing the quality of Electroplated deposits and of determining the effects of different variables over a wide current density range, temperature, bath composition, addition to the Plating solution or of purification treatment etc., The Apparatus consists of: 1) Perspex Chamber of 267 ml. Capacity. 2) Air Agitation pipe with Air Bubbler. 3) Built - in heater with Thermostat Controls. 4) DC supply by Lab Rectifier. 5) Polished M.S./ Brass Test Panels. 6) Anode pieces of Electrolyte. 7) Timer 0/60 Minutes (Manual)- (Optional).   Optional: a) Special Hull Cell made of acrylic of 1000 cc. Or 267 ml. without Heater. b) PVC Hull cell use with Chrome Solutions. c) Solid State rectifiers of 8V/5 Amps, 8V/10 Amps, and 12V/10 Amps, ripple free, twin range, two channel outputs etc.,    

After the coating is completed on the pieces, they are required to be blow dried, which ensures removal of excess drops of Lacquer as well as increases the temperature of the articles before they are taken for Oven curing.

  This is a Heavy Duty Hexagonal Barrel of M.S. coupled to M.S. Base Frame. It is driven by a 1 HP Geared Motor using V Belt. Popular size is 40 kgs with dimension 24” x 15” A/F. The Barrel can be lined with Rubber, Wood or PVC as required. Other sizes are also available.

These Barrels are designed for bulk or large volume plating, typically for hardware or such articles. These units are designed for quick and efficient handling of materials. These Barrels comprise of a M.S. Barrel plating is the most economical option for the bulk plating of small articles such as nuts, bolts, rivets screws etc. it eliminates the need for racking and rack maintenance, resulting in lower costs. They are suitable for most kinds of deposits excepting CHROME.

In this Unit, a Magnetic Sealless Pump of higher capacity is coupled with a Chamber of Polypropylene. The Filter Media consists of a Filter Stack comprising Polypropylene Discs, P. P. Filter Cloth & Filter Paper. The unit is mounted on a Trolley for convenience. The Unit can be suitably modified to increase / decrease the number of Discs. Pump capacity can also be suitably modified.
