We are offering winches. Frame: winch frame will be fabricated out of rolled mild steel sections of adequate capacity as per is-226 and will be well gusseted, for complete rigidity to withstand various loads. All the components will be mounted on the base frame. The frame will be covered by chequered plates. Suitable lifting and anchoring arrangement will be provided on the base frame for lifting and easy transportation of the winch. Drum: rope drum will be fabricated out of rolled mild steel plates seamless pipe of adequate capacity as per is-226made out of graded cast steel. The drum will be groovedun grooved and suitable side flanges will be provided on both sides of the drum. The drum will be keyed to the main drum shaft. The shaft will be free to rotate on standard self aligning double row bearinggun metal bushes, fitted inside the fabricated side brackets, for smooth operation.

We offer Single Grider Eot Crane. GENERAL DESIGN: The “ELMECH” crane will be designed in accordance with IS: 807-1976 code of practice for design manufacture, erection and testing (Structural position) of cranes and hoists and IS: 3177-1999 code of practice for design of overhead travelling cranes. In the design of components adequate factor of safety, as per relevant codes, shall be allowed. Impact fatigue, wear and stress concentration factors shall be taken into account whenever applicable.

Hoist will be complete with motor driven trolley hand geared trolley for cross traverse motion. The hoisting motor will be three phase squirrel cage conical rotor type working on 400 440volts, 50Hz, A.C. supply. This motor will be specially designed for hoist and crane duty and insulated by class ‘BF’ type of insulation. The starting torque of the motors will be 220% and 290% respectively of the full load torque. The motor will be rated 40% ED. The hoist will be equipped with conical type mechanical brake which is 100% full proof and applies automatically when the power supply is “OFF”. The reduction in hoisting and traverse speed will be means of special alloy steel, grease lubricated totally enclosed gears housed in CI gears box. For the hoist, a M.S. fabricated grooved rope drum will be provided to carry full length of wire rope in single layer. The hoist will be complete with rope guide prevent overlapping of the rope.

We offer Jib Cranes. STRUCTURE: The JIB crane will be fabricated from tested quality steel section with all welded construction. The structure will be designed as per ISS: 807-1976, for cranes. The complete JIB will be carried on ballroller thrust bearing in the top and bottom brackets to be fitted on the column to be provided by uscolumn to be provided by you. In case column is to be provided by us then the column will be fabricated from mild steel pipe. Suitable stiffeners will be provided on the column. A base plate of ample design will also be provided.

We offer Hot Cranes. The above Cranes & Chain Pulley Blocks will be manufactured in accordance with Class II Duty Specification as per relevant IS:807 & IS:3832. We shall be supplying INDEFMORISCHACK brand Chain Pulley Blocks only. The Chain Pulley Blocks shall confirm to IS:3832 and will carry IS stamp. Following parts will be made from Non-Ferrous Material (Phosphor Bronze Aluminum Bronze) for Hazardous Area Cranes :- Hand Chain Wheel. Load Chain Wheel. Hand Chain Guard. Ratchet Wheel. Rims of Traversing Wheel & Travelling Wheels. Pinions for LT Drive Mechanism. The hook will confirm to IS:3815 IS:15560 and will be hot dip galvanized in HOT Cranes for Hazardous Area Cranes.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION Constructional Details of Grab Buckets :- * The Grab Bucket shall be of Welded Construction. * The Grab Bucket shall be fabricated out of IS:2062 Quality Steel. * The cutting edges shall be manufactured out of tested quality plates of IS:2062 and the edges will be hardened with suitable hard facing electrodes. The hardness will be 300 to 350 BHN (Approx). * The Pulleys will be of cast SteelFabricated conforming to IS:1030 and the grooves will be machined to suit the Rope Diameter. The Pulleys will be mounted on bearings of adequate size and capacity. * The link arms will be made of plates conforming to IS:2062 and will be braced together to provide rigidity and connected to the scoops by means of mild Steel double lugs, welded on the corners of the scoops. * All pins will be of forged Steel C45 conforming to IS:1570. * The Grab Bucket will be sturdy with enough stiffnors. The Jaws will be designed to hold the material effectively in the closed position. * The grab will be compact in design. * All moving parts will be provided with grease lubrication arrangement. The grab will be suitably lubricated before despatch. * All pins and axles will be hardened suitably.

STRUCTURAL ASSEMBLY: This basically comprises of two bridges girder fixed on two end carriages carried on forged steel wheels. In case of gantry cranes the two bridge girders are fixed on top of four gantry legs which in turn are carried on two under carriage provided with forged steel wheels. The bridge girders are fabricated from high quality steel plates forming a rectangular box section. Hoist will have hook alongwith swivel block. swiveling hooks shall be mounted on thrust bearings and protective skirt shall be provided to enclose the bearing. the hook shall be swivel 3600 rotation with full load. the swivel hook nut shall be locked with set screw or a split pin to prevent it from coming out.
