The solid seal application requires machine power to place the seal inside the grooves. We have developed two types of machines. 1) Auto powered, automatic seal application machine.this runs on petrol engine, It places the seal at place 2) Manual applicator machine can be used for small work. Presently we manufacture a single size sleeve to cater specifically to the RIGID Pavement requirements. However adjustments can be made in order to cater to special requirement as per client demand. STANDARD SIZE : 32+mm diameter x 300mm long x 1.25mm thick sheath. Dowel bar sleeves supplied shall bear the manufacturer’s name & logo.

The polysulphide sealant is formulated by us with our work experience of more than 20 years in the field. The design features; by taking in to consideration the Indian conditions, the product is designed to perform at all critical conditions. On Air Ports & concrete roads , product meets BS 5212 specifications.

The company started manufacturing EPE products in 1999 for primary packaging of high value products & a modified version of this found lots of applications in Civil Engineering & Construction, which led to manufacturing of Filler Boards & Back up Rods for expansion joints. These products were designed & developed to over come all the short coming of bitumen impregnated boards & to support all types of hot & cold pour sealants. Further improvement led to replacement of Tar- Impregnated filler boards. These products are manufactured to international specifications, MOST & IRC. Today the company is the market leader supplying filler board & back up material to majority of NHAI & Airport projects. In order to exploit the increased thrust given to NHAI projects, the company started designing and manufacturing Concrete Cutting Machines. The first machine was manufactured and used in Manhar (NH8- L&T) Toll Plaza project.

Uses : Dowel bar sleeves are manufactured from high grade, flexible virgin plastic and are designed to form a positive deboned dowelled joint in reinforced concrete construction. The use of Dowel Bar Sleeves overcomes the problems associated with paint, compounds, tapes and greases which if not applied correctly can be ineffective. Material Used : The dowel bars are made using virgin LDPE. Use of recycled plastic not advised as it has negligible flexure. The product complies with requirement MORT&H Specification.602.6.5.5. .
