Process Control Devices offers a series of level switches designed to detect & control the level of liquid within a tank. Rotary paddle level switches usually located through a bin wall at the top, middle or low level of a bin. During normal operation when no material is present, a synchronous motor rotates the paddle at 1 RPM. When this paddle rotation is slow down by material, surrounding the paddle, the motor will stall and cause the Micro switch to change state. (Indicating an alarm or control). Features of rotary switch ► Pump control according to water level ► Alarm & shutdown duties ► Sump level control ► Fuel dispensing system ► Empty conveyor alarm ► Differential level control ► Wellhead automation (plunger lift, main line valve control, etc) ► Storage tank level monitoring ► Hydraulic and lubricating oil reservoirs ► Spark protection in diesel fuel distribution Power: 3W Rotating speed of Paddle: 1RPM Electrical Connection: M20x1.5 Specific Gravity of Material: >0.5g/cm3
