    Nowadays a lot of substrate require surface  treatment for 3 dimensional substrates Presently the industry uses expensive treatment solutions which account for higher consumables and operating costs. Eltech through its R&Dhas indigeneously developed a treatment system to provide a solution to this problem.Thankfully it now possible to use this new technology.  PLASMA ION can effectively treat conductive as well as non conductive substrates. Plus it  consists of a High frequency power supply with an inbuilt  transformer and a plasma  nozzle . The nozzle comes  in various  shapes for effective treatment as per the requirement of the application. The nozzle can either be used manually or fitted on a robotic arm. In some applications more than 1 nozzle may be required .In such a case, ELTECH offers multiple plasma treating heads. This technology is suitable for high speed online as well as offline surface treatment and is extremely safe, cost effective and easy to use. Moreover it is a very clean and energy efficient technology since its operation requires dry compressed air which is  freely available.
