Is widely used in all kinds of plate, pipe wall thickness, the boiler container wall thickness, all kinds of pipeline and pressure vessel, thickness measurement, monitor them in the process of using the degree of corrosion after thinning.

JOB DETAILES /DIMENSIONES - Stainless steel Tube Outer Dia. is 19.05 mm. Wall Thickness is 2.11 mm INSPECTION TECHNIQUE - Pulse- echo non contact (Immersion type) TRANSDUCERS - Single crystal Immersion type probes, Frequency – Ranging from 4 to 6 MHz Crystal Dia. – 3 mm Focusing type – Line focused / Spot focused whichever will be suitable. (Note: -The combination of search unit size and frequency will be decided after taking In-house Test trial on actual variable jobs) FLAW DETECTION AND INSPECTION COVERAGE - 100% circumferential weld area for weld defect e.g. lack of fusion, blowhole etc. INSPECTION (FEED) RATES -Scanning speed is variable as per the PRF selection and depends on the Repeatability of defect detection. EQUIPMENTE - (Client scope) Ultrasonic Flaw detector Equipment With Encoder input facility (Note: -The combination of matching hardware for data logger can be selected as per the Output signal type. Client should send the Communication port details for the data Logging software Synchronization. May client has send the equipment at Enrico’s work place for the trial and Inspection.)
