Cementitious Coating is cement based, single component, polymer modified, flexible, elastomeric, waterproof coating - for concrete and masonry surfaces. has very high water impermeability against hydrostatic pressure withstanding capacity. It is available as a dry powder, and is to be mixed with water. Features: A heavy duty waterproof coating on new and existing surfaces. Forms flexible and washable membrane soon offer application. Good resistance to UV and infrared rays. Strong adhesion with all cementitious surfaces. Non-toxic, hence suitable for all types of water retaining structures. Easy to handle, mix & apply. Freedom from fungus/moss, improved life of finishing coats and aesthetics. Eco friendly Product Application: Clean the surface thoroughly by washing it with clean potable water to ensure dust particles are removed, so that no dust remains on the surface. All surface cracks should be filled up with crack fill powder. It is very important that material is mixed with water, properly and thoroughly before use. It is advisable to use a mechanical stirrer, for uniform and thorough mixing. The water used for mixing should be 25-30% of the weight of the powder. It can be applied to the surface manually by brush. After application of the 1st coat, a minimum gap of 4-6 hours must be maintained before the subsequent coat. The second coat must be applied perpendicular to the first coat.
