The machine is designed to unwind the metal wires or strips that is being used in engineering and non engineering applications in the coil form. Common facts: Decoilers are used in press shops and other engineering applications where in the sheets are wires in the form of coil is being unwound in a mechanized way to feed the same to the next stage. In general, for a press shop application, Decoiler , straightening machine, strip feeder, Power press and coilers are used in the same sequence as explained here. Construction: The machine is suitable for synchronizing with wire feeder or strip feeder. Synchronization will enable the machine to start unwinding the machine when there is consumption of material in the process. Otherwise the unwinding activity is stopped. It is a heavy construction by design to sustain the load of the material in the form of coil. The construction consist of three wings with adjustable jaws(either mechanized or manual). The unwinding action takes while the motor and gear box cranks the wings. Center of gravity is taken care in the design. Heavy duty bearing are used to have long life. Machine is fully Powder coated. Most of the components are formed section that ready made section. All moving parts are hardened wherever needed. The rotation is controlled by a limit switch or a wire with no potential supply to enable or disable the unwinding action with reference to the consumption of the material. The equipment and the covers are fully protected from getting corroded by means of zinc blue blackgreen and powder coating. Strip Straightening Machines Faco Automation Offers strip straightening machine for sheets and for Wires and profile rods in medium range. The machine is designed to straighten the metal strips that is being used in engineering and non engineering applications. Common facts: Strip straightner and Wire straightner are two different concept. The former one is used for sheet metals where as the later one is used for rods and profiles in various forms. Strip and wire straightner are most important to create flawless jobs where accuracy and quality is highly expected in precision manner. Construction: The machine is suitable for synchronizing with strip feeder, power press and pneumatic presses. It is a heavy construction by design to sustain the stress levels while it remove the bends in the sheets. The construction consist of the Ground hardened and hard chrome coated bottom set and top set of rollers. The bottom rollers are mutually linked by gears driven by a main drive motor through gear box. There are totally one set of feed rollers which is used for feeding the sheets. Top rollers are individually adjustable to adjust and improve the straightness. The rollers are adjustable as a set of gang. The capacity of this machine is up to the width of 125 mm and thickness of 3 mm and material of Stainless steel, brass, copper, tin, Mild steel, aluminium etc. This plant has got new low cost technology From Faco Automation in each stage of the machine. The machine is built and developed from concept to commissioning by Faco Automation. This machine has got sensor and brake technology for the cut to length module of this machine. We have no limitation of cutting in terms of length up to 99,999mm. Meaning indefinitely adjustable from 0,5mm till 99,999 mm. The accuracy of cutting is +- 0,5 in case of lower models where accuracy of cutting is not needed much. We have accuracy up to +- 0,05 mm The special feature of this machine is speed of process adjustable. The machine has got special cutting blades to enable cutting till Stainless steel grade.
