We take an opportunity to introduce ourselves as the leading manufacturer of Composite Containers, Paper Cans & Paper Tubes, which are regularly used for packing food products, Tea, Coffee & Other such beverages, Incense sticks, Perfume, Attar, Surgical products, LED Bulb & Tube Light packaging. We are in this industry since 1975. Our Company, which was formally known as “Fibre Products” located at Goregaon, Mumbai - 400104. Since 2012, we have shifted our plant to Vasai, under the name of “FIBRE PRODUCTS PACKAGING INDUSTRIES”." Our new plant is fully automated for all the process required for manufacturing Export Quality Composite Containers, Paper Cans & Paper Tubes.
We are specialized for leak proof composite container with inside alu-foil or poly-coating kraft paper for food products as well as plain containers, with outside labels pasted or spiral labels which are directly pasted on the winding machine. With the gold lacquered bottom or ring seamed with alu tagger and lid fitted on as per customer requirements.
We manufacture telescopic containers which are used for packing incense sticks, attar roll-on, perfume bottles, LED tube light. Our production capacity is 15,000 to 17,000 containers per shift.
COMPOSITE CAN ATTRIBUTES:
A composite can is a cost effective, hermetic (if required), rigid, light weight, environmentally responsible alternative to folding cartons, metal cans, glass jars, plastic containers and "bag in a box" packaging ... using mostly recycled paper! They can be used as either primary or secondary packaging.
As we've seen, a composite can is mainly composed of: - a can body; - a top closure; and - a bottom closure.
The can body is made from a series of (typically 3-4) plies with the flexibility to choose a range of materials and combinations. The specification best suited to any individual application will be based on the required specific outcome for customers in terms of light, moisture and oxygen barriers, aesthetic appeal, weight, strength and cost.
