type horizontal plate filters stack consists of multiple number of circular filter plates. Filter cloth or any other filter media is placed over each plate. The slurry mother liquor is pumped over the plates through the specially designed manifold. Filtration process is continued till the desired cut off pressure limit is achieved. Then, the cake is manually removed from each of the filter plate cavity.

In addition to complete filter presses, we manufacture Filter plates only as well and also supply them to other OEM’s and as spare also. The plates are : Recessed type Polypropylene Plate and frame type in polypropylene or SS or cast iron Aluminium steam jacketed PP Membrane plates

Before making the final dispatch, our entire lot is carefully stored in our capacious warehouse under the administration of experts. Thus, there are minimal chances of defects at buyer's end. We have developed the entire in-house unit wherein we keep our raw material to fulfill variegated requirements of the buyers. Also, we make sure that the material is sourced from the reliable places only.

The liquid is directed with the help of pumps through the centre channel of the cartridge from the bottom of the body. Suspended particles get retained on the fitter medium resting on the filter plates and the clear filtrate emerges from the side holes of the plates inside the tank and flows out from the bottom outlet. The filter tank does not come into contact with the liquids and hence remains clean. The cake filtrates and solids remain completely inside the fully closed filter plate cartridge. Complete recovery of the filtrate is possible by passing of air or an inert gas through the bottom inlet to dry the cakes and get a clean empty tank.

The Recessed plate frame is however integrated within the Recessed filter plate thus significantly enhancing the plate’s stability. This enables Recessed filter plates to be used at much higher filtration pressure levels. Optional cake and plate thicknesses are available depending on the specific filtration conditions and application. The Recessed filter plates are made of polypropylene and feature excellent chemical resistance and simple in handling. The Recessed Plate Filter Press will compact sludges to a dry cake with a density that is dependent upon the ultimate compaction pressure and the characteristics of the particular sludge.
