Flash Dryer is a machine that is widely used for drying the wet cakes and powders like starch, dye intermediates, inorganic salts, vinyl sulphone, boric acid, calcium carbonate, pigments, silica, etc. The wet cake gets pulverised and fed to a stream of hot air traveling at high velocity and the drying takes place immediately due to the very large surface exposed.
