The insulation process is carried out on modern high speed extrusion lines with high accuracy, ensuring consistency in performance. Sheath :The insulated core is laid up to form the core assembly. The outer sheath of the 3 core cable is made from a special grade of abrasion resistant to PVC compound impervious to water, grease, oil etc. This sheathing facilitate not only ease in stripping but also to withstand mechanical abrasion while in use.
