Oil drum heater is heating on the surface of drum to make the concentration and viscosity of the liquid and coagulum inside decreased uniformly. In this way It will be easy to take out the liquid and coagulum in any season. The flexible drum heater has an Inside Ni-Cr Alloy heating wires. Outside is silicon rubber insulation material for Fast heating and long working life. Ni-Cr Alloy heating wire is wound around the alkali-free fiber-glass. Main insulation material is silicon rubber which is of high heat-resistance and insulation. These drum heater is soft and flexible resulting in snug fit over the drums. These are thin metal sheath heaters hinged for ease of opening . These are further provided with a spring to hold them tight on the drum. Each heater is provided with a 3 meter long flexible cord. Although these are quite strong but these have to be handled carefully to avoid damage. These are low cost compared to Jacket type drum heaters.
