The Pennant trap module is a complete system which includes isolation valves, by-pass valves, and trapping device, interconnected with pipes, flanges, reducers, elbows, etc. In response to specific requests, strainers, sight check, check valve, etc. could be supplied duly fitted into the system.

Pennant offers pressure reducing station with PRV or flow control valve with pressure control loop which ensures the required accurate pressure control to fulfill process requirements. Single-stage pressure reduction results in a compact system. The system supplied is complete and ready to fit on site.

The Pennant piston valve (PPV-10) is a linear movement valve in which a stainless steel piston travels between the upper and lower seal ring. These rings are separated by a lantern bushing, which supports the piston and creates a tight seal. When the valve is in the open position, the upper seal ring, in conjunction with the piston, prevents leakage through the stem. In the closed position, the lower seal ring seals the valve passage and provides a tight shutoff. Known for their extraordinary performance and long life, Piston Valves can handle a variety of media such as steam, thermal fluid, condensate and many other liquids and gasses. They can be used in on/off and throttling applications.

The Pennant moisture separator (PMS) is a baffle type separator used for the removal of moisture content in steam which can be drained out as condensate.

These valves are designed for least possible obstruction to free flow by providingcurvature turns in the body. Thereby minimizing stresses & turbulences also. Carbon Steel & Cast alloy valves have renewable seatswhile stainless and other higher grade materials have integral seats. These valves are designed to provide minimum turbulence & resistance to flow when in fully open position. Sufficiently long guide ribs in the body along with accurately machined wedge & guide slots ensure accurate control & alignment of wedge while operating. Wedges are generally solid type & are accurately machined, precisely aligned & perfectly lapped with renewable seats in Carbon Steel & integral seats in Stainless Steel. Pennant condensate pump (PCP10) is an excellent alternative to standard electric pumps which are not suitable for pumping hot condensate. It is a complete non-electric solution designed to lift condensate to the boiler feed-water tank using small quantity of motive steam.

Pennant Manifolds facilitate effective condensate collection/ steam distribution, with flexible configuration, and neat, easy-to-maintain construction. Properly-sized and located condensate collection manifolds and steam distribution manifolds can lead to more efficient collection and return of condensate in a plant, and increase the competence and consistency of steam trap maintenance and repair programs.

Ball Valves are of soft seated, Floating Ball, 3 piece design available in both Regular port & Full Port patterns. Ball is seat supported and quarter turn rotates the ball from full open to full close position.The stem flange, and integral part of the stem, prevents the stem from blowing out from pressure within the body cavity.
