Around 5000 kg copra is then stored in Kettle for chopping through Cutter Machine. The chopped pieces of copra are transferred through Conveyor Belt to the Roaster Machine for roasting by steam process. The roasting helps in enhancing the fragrance and enriches the copra with rich proteins, minerals and vitamins that are greatly beneficial for Cosmetic, Medicinal and Health uses. The roasted copra is transferred to 12 Bolt Expeller with two chambers for crushing at two different stages to give maximum output.
