Machine consists of a gantry supported on carriage on operator‘s side & a free roller on the other. Driven by motors one each on X-axis & Y-axis. The motion along longitudinal (Y) axis is powered by digital controlled motor Panasonic or equivalent make coupled with backlash free planetary gearboxes of Panasonic or equivalent make. This arrangement provides smooth acceleration, deceleration & controlled profile cutting speeds. The motion along cross (X) axis is powered by digital controlled motor mounted on the mastercontrol console.
