We are capable of manufacturing various solenoids and are currently making the open frame variety, which is used for gas control applications, for a customer in Western Europe.This is an area where we are looking to expand further, as we are easily capable of vertically integrating our product line to include other types of solenoids such as tubular, clapper etc.

We produce a variety of toroidal inductors & transformers. Different types of Toroidal cores are used for producing these parts such as ferrite cores, iron powdered cores and laminated cores. These toroids are wound using various wires ranging from 12 AWG / 2.0 mm dia to 50 AWG / 0.025 mm dia of different temperature classes. Not only do we use different gauges of wires, but we also use bifilar and trifilar wires for making these inductors and transformers. Different types of toriodal Winding Machines (Hook Winders, CNC Programmable Belt, Slider type & Suttle Gear Magazine) are used for winding these parts. We manufacture several types of transformers such as SMPS, Impedance Matching, Pulse, Power etc. We use various types of cores such as RM, EE, Pot, Balun etc. These transformers are manufactured using high quality Ferrite Cores, which are normally procured from Magnetics, Ferroxcube, EPCOS and NEOSID, as per our customer requirements. We use various types of copper wires right from 130 ° C to 200 ° C temperature class. The wire gauges vary between 22 AWG / 0.60 mm dia and 49 AWG / 0.028 mm dia. We specialize in the production of a wide range of relay coils made to custom specifications and varying design parameters. These coils are made with various gauges of magnet wires upto 55 AWG / 0.014 mm dia having high-class insulation and thermal stability ranging up to 240 ° C. To enable us to make these varieties of coils with a fast turnaround, we have a range of machines (CNC Programmable, Electro-Mechanical & Manual). We make coils for both AC and DC circuits with voltages ranging from 1 to 230 volts. Another feature of our coils is the implantation of diodes or suppressor networks for special applications. We produce various types of bobbinless coils with and without bondable wires. These coils are produced in different shapes (round, elliptical, oblong, helical etc). We are proud to have produced the smallest possible air coil (ID 0.45 mm, OD 0.80 mm) used in catheters for the human heart. We are also currently producing air coils for the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) for their space applications. Coils we make use wires ranging from 8 AWG / 3.2 mm dia to 54 AWG / 0.016 mm dia with varying thermal stability ranging from 105 ° C to 200 ° C.
