grsl's strong distribution network, comprising c & f agents (41), company depots, distributors (400), brokers, wholesalers and retailers (1,00,000+), covers twenty states in india namely jammu & kashmir, himachal pradesh, punjab, haryana, delhi, uttarakhand, rajasthan, uttar pradesh, gujarat, maharashtra, madhya pradesh, bihar, chhattisgarh, orissa, west bengal, assam, meghalaya, tripura, tamil nadu and karnataka. The company's products are also exported to usa, european union, south korea, china, thailand, singapore, indonesia, malaysia and vietnam.
grsl uses an efficient mix of transportation channels consisting of roadways, railways and waterways with the latter primarily used for the import of crude oils. The presence of its manufacturing plants at strategic locations in kandla & haldia which are in close proximity to major sea ports helps in reducing import freight cost and also ensures timely delivery.
