There are two kinds of structural timber products that are used predominantly in India: HARDWOOD and SOFTWOOD. Hardwood timbers are predominantly used for bearers, joists and load bearing sections in general construction such as lintels or windows. Kiln dried hardwood is structurally graded to ensure it is strong and dimensionally stable. Kiln dried hardwood products do not shrink and twist as much as unseasoned timbers. This helps to eliminate the squeaks under timber floors or the cracks in plaster walls and ceilings. Softwood structural timbers are manufactured from kiln dried Radiata Pine. Structural Pine is also strong and dimensionally stable and used for wall frames and roof trusses. Structural Pine produced in India is cost-effectively lightweight and easy to install. We stock timbers like Silver Oak, Red Merenti, Kapoor, Sal, Teak and Pine. We also import teak Logs from Burma (Myanmar), Ghana, Nigeria, Panama, Costa Rica & Tanzania.

We manufacture flush doors as per Indian Standards. A solid core woodenflush door consist of a blockboard core bounded with crossband and veneer faces constructed on both the sides.As per IS: 10013 and IS:401, timber is chemically treated and vacuum pressured. This process strengthens the timber by making it not only durable but also borer, termite and fungi free. Wood is generally seasoned at the automatic kiln seasoning plant as per IS:1141, substantially reducing moisture as per standard requirement mentioned in the IS:287. It is further bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, 100% boiling water resistance (B.W.R. Grade) as per IS:848 and hot pressed at high temperature under uniform pressure. Decorative veneer or laminated sheet is pressed by melamine or PVAc resin.Every flush door is processed using our advanced machinery to keep the structure perfect and dimensions accurate and stable. To eliminate telegraphy impressions, we pass the board through a belt sander machine, which imparts super smooth finishing. Our shutters should be installed with properly selected intumescent fire seal strips, fire retardant frame of specified rating and fire retardant hardware approved by CBRI, Roorkee. Installation should be as per guidelines specified by hardware manufacturer. Only then, the assembly will confirm to BS 476 part 8/22 and IS 3614 part 2 and IS 3809.

Strength and durability of cement and workability of wood.Bison Panel conforms of IS 14276 1995.It can be used for partitions, False Ceiling, Kitchen Platforms, Cabin, Furniture, Stair Case, Wardrobe, Flooring, Book Rack, and Wall Cladding.
