Water Emergency - Compak Base Camp
This installation has been conceived to be used in particularly difficult situations such as in refugees’ camps or directly onto disasters sites, offering the possibility to distribute in a short time the packed drinkable water to the population. Water Emergency - Compak Aqua Skid
Compak Aqua Skid fulfils the demand for a small, space saving and easy adaptable packaging machine in the medium capacity range for the packaging of potable water into flexible sterile pouches. The machine can conveniently produce pouches from an inside sterile tubular film with only two sealings, on top and on bottom of the pouch. Starting from an internally sterile tubular is a great advantage as the complete sterilization of the produced bags is guaranteed and this system is favorable for the long term preservation of the packed water. Great importance has been dedicated to the design of the machine: high quality, use friendly approach and easiness in the maintenance were the goals to be achieved. gearless paper bag making machine
From the experience Curioni Sun Teramo gained over the years, the gearless paper bag making machine was born. Sun Master 54F, a further evolution of gearless machine, designed for the production of paper bags, with square bottom with twisted paper cord handles in a variety of formats medium and large. Alternatively, the machine can be equipped with handles to strap handles, or both. The Sun Master 54F is fed from a reel, made entirely with GEARLESS technology, that is driven by brushless motors controlled electronically. It is equipped with a handle unit for the making of twisted paper cord handles laid out in line with the paper bag (international patent). This solution offers many advantages such as a smaller footprint of the machine, more control and ease of operation and a simple and reliable system to handle the application of paper tape. The bottom of the bag is made along a flat section of the machine, instead of a drum, ensuring access and a direct and immediate control of the operation of the whole machine.

Stretch film is the most commonly solution used in flexible packaging. It is wrapped around pallet to keep the items tightly bound, to improve stability of products or packages and to protect them against weather during transportation and storage. The stretch film has generally a thickness ranging from 12 to 25 microns. Stretch film is made of a multilayer co-extruded structure (up to 50 layers) based on C4C6C8 and metallocene. The properties requested to stretch film are above all elasticity, break strength,puncture resistance, tear resistance, cling effect, clarity, thickness constancy and static discharge. The most common stretch wrap material is linear low-density polyethylene or LLDPE produced by butene, hexene and octene.
