(vimc0), a manufacturer of quality conduit accessories since 1967 with quality duly approved by most of the government, public and private sectors under the prevalent is standard 1653-1972, now manufactured as per is-9537 pt. 2 with isi marking on black stove enamelled as well as hot dip galvanised conduits. We can also manufacture conduits as per intern-ational specifications like bs 4568, pt-i. conduits are manufactured on fully automated pensby high frequency induction welding system which ensures perfect welding and the minimum required inside weld bead to ease the wire pulling. Smooth wire pulling is further ensured when the 1 pipes are chamfered at both the end.Even though the raw material used is testing is carried out in accordance to isa specification to ensure that the production of the pee suits the application. The threading is done on automatic threading machine having lanco chasers which maintains uniformity on the length of threading on major diameter as well as on minor diameter and the pitch of the threads. The medium protection coating of the pipe with black t. Stove enamel is done by dipping process which ensures proper coating inside and outside of the pipes. The pipes are baked in an automatic electric oven controll-ed with digital thermostate system to achieve required temperature for requisite hardness of the paint and gloss finish on the conduit.High protection coating of the pipe i. E. , hot dipped galvanising is done by automatic galvanising plant. The zinc coating inside and outside is maintained in accordance with is - 4736 - 1986.
