We manufacture superior quality Stainless Steel TIG Wires in 36” and 1000mm cut length, with embossing on both sides. These TIG Wires are supplied in bright finish and they are thoroughly cleaned to avoid any weld contamination.

We manufacture clean and layer wound Wire for submerged Arc Welding applications, ranging from 1.60mm (0.0625”) to 5.00mm (0.1875”) in various grades. The diameter is engineered to precise tolerance to ensure a perfect ‘pay=off’.

The MIG Wires are supplied in bright as well as in matt finish and they are thoroughly cleaned to avoid any weld contamination. These MIG Wires can be supplied in a plastic spool or in metallic baskets. These wires have a well-formed cast / helix to ensure a perfect ‘pay-off’

We draw fine wires using aan automated manufacturing facility that gives us exacting accuracy over the drawing process. These calibrated machines are operated by skilled and well-trained technicians enabling us to offer a consistent and extensive range of Stainless Steel Fine Wire.

We manufacture superior quality Stainless Steel Core Wires for Welding Electrodes in size 1.60mm (0.062”) - 5.00mm (0.187”) In bright as well as in matte finish. These are supplied in coil as well as in cut-length as per AWS, DIN, BS, JIS and other equivalent standards as per customer requirements.

Cold finished Precision Bars is one of Hindustan's Inox Ltd Premium product lines. These superior finish bars are processed using modern combined lines and state of the art equipment. Ultrasonic Inspection & Eddie Current Testing ensures that the bars are free from any internal defects. The bars are then finished using the specially designed finishing machines which ensures that the size tolerances (including the out of roundness) and surface roughness are achieved as desired. We manufacture high quality stainless steel cold heading wires from 1.00 -1.20 mmwith soap drawn skin pass uniform coating as well as from 1.00 – 10.00 mm in annealed condition in various grades. The cold heading wires are manufactured as per ASTM A 493 & JIS G 4315 standard as well as other equivalent international standards. We can also offer DFARSapproved material, if required by the customer.
