The unit is insulated with 4” high grade glass wool. Single door fitted on heavy hinges. The unit is provided with user friendly adjustable stainless steel rod mesh trays. Standard Models Inside SS 304 with mirror polish & outside mild steel powder coated. GMP Models Inside SS 316 with mirror polish & outside stainless steel 304 with the dull buff finish. The unique airflow system ensures quick recovery after the doors are opened. Heating System High-quality U shape SS tubular heating elements used on the side walls to maintain uniform condition inside the chamber. Features The door is fitted on the heavy hinges with a ceramic gasket to avoid the losses. The specially designed stainless steel wire mesh/rod trays ensure uniform temperature distribution. Safety Features Safety digital temperature controller switch off the heater supply in case of temperature overshoot and creates an audio alarm.
