TRUCK LOADING SYSTEMS USHA manufacture Hydraulic Lifting Table from 100 kg capacity upto 10,000 kg capacity having various sizes of platforms, alongwith options such as Hand operated lifting, Power operated lifting and transporting attachment. The Following system can be used for loading materials into Trucks depending on individual requirements. TYPE -I: Using USHA HYDRAULICS Hydraulic Single Scisors platforms available in various capacities as required having a platform size of about 2 x 1 m & height upto 1600 mm. These can be mobile or stationary type. Models upto 1000 kgs can be offered with Hand/Power operation, however Scissors of a higher capacity have to be Power operated for lifting movement. TYPE -II: This is an IDEAL Truck Loading system; for both Palletised loads or otherwise, wherein One man can load the entire Truck load of Palletised load. This system consists of A) A USHA Scissors Platform Stationary type either Pit mounted or kept on the floor with a small ramp. This is placed in the area where the Truck will be parked for Loading. B) Pallet Trucks (for Pallet Loads) or simple 4 wheeled Trolleys/Stackers (for non-palletised loads). These are used for Bringing the materials to the Scissors platform. A manual stacker (upto 500 Kgs) can be used where loads are to be stacked on each other.

Hydraulic lifting tables. Usha have introduced a large range of hydraulic tables of scissors type construction upto 20 tons capacity including single, double, triple four & five scissors. the high rise platforms can have a work height of upto 12 meters. the company has envolved exhaustive computerised design techniques such that individual equipments are designed to suit the space & functions on one hand and optimise the use of resources on the other. all equipments are manufactured on jigs & fixtures & have high degree of reliability & repeatability. for single scissors closed height may be around 350 mm & open height upto 4000mm. the scissors are made out of m.s.flats or box sections. Precision brass bushes & hard chrome plated pins are used. proper lubrication points are provided for long trouble free life. Maintenance free bushings can also be fitted as optional. The source of power for hydraulic cylinders may be either hand pump or acdc operated hydraulic power pack. These tables can be used for a variety of applications such as mezznine lifts press-in-feed (sheets, components etc), build up pallets, drum handling, assembly stations,die feeding ,handling paper rolls, work positioning, turntable, dock levellers, servicing electronic consoles & for lorry loading and unloading etc.

High rise maintenance platform. hydraulically operated mobile man lifts have been introduced by usha. the man lifts are available with single, double upto five scissors reaching upto height of 10 meters. the maximum working height is limited by the length of scissors platform which can be accommodated. the scissors mechanism provides the maximum stability as compared to lifting by telescopic columns & directly by telescopic hydraulic cylinders. the lifting muscle is usually twin hydraulic cylinder commensurate with the lifting capacity. the hydraulic power can be provided by various options e.g. Single or double hand pump, engine operated hydraulic pack & electrically operated hydraulic power pack. The standard version is having two fixed wheels & two swivel wheels coupled with a towing hook. The unit can be moved by manual power or by any powered vehicle. dc operated systems (lifting only) are also available with built in battery & re-charging system. remote steering device can also be provided such that the unit can be driven by standing on the platform with certain height & speed restrictions. the varied applications for the equipment cover overhead factory maintenance, street light maintenance, providing emergency lights, conducting fire fighting operations with certain limitations, servicing & maintenance of air craft & maintenance of plant & equipment requiring operations at various height levels & order picking applications.

DOCK LEVELER USHA had introduced Hydraulically operated Dock leveler which includes economically priced Hydraulically Dock leveler with manually operated lip and the Deluxe model with Hydraulically operated lip. In the standard design the dock has a travel of 300 mm above & 300 mm below horizontal level. The standard platform sizes are 2150 X 1800mm, 2150mm X 2100mm, 2750mm X 1800mm, 2750mm X 2100mm. USHA self supporting Dock leveler significantly improves your transport efficiency. It bridges the gap between loading platform & the different heights of lorries. A pit is made in loading Dock in which Dock leveler fits. Various loading capacities from 3 tons to 20 tons are available. Dock leveler with 10 ton capacity can facilitate quick loading operations by allowing forklifts with materials to travel directly from loading platform into lorries Containers. The lifting operation is by Single or Double circuit 415 V AC Hydraulic power pack fitted inside the leveler. The controls are by UpDown push button Pendant. While specifying Dock leveler care should be taken regarding max gradient (slope) of the Dock leveler. This should be suitable for the equipment e.g. Hydraulic stacker which is to be used for loading operation. Where gradients are not suitable too high, scissor type dock lifts will be more suitable
