Tray Dryer or Compartment Dryer is an enclosed insulated chamber inside which the trays are placed on top of each other in the trolleys. The materials, either wet or dry, are placed on the top of these trays for the purpose of drying. Further, heat transfer is done by the circulation of hot air using electric heaters or steam in radiator coils. Blower fans are also installed in the Tray Dryer so as to ensure proper circulation and transfer of heat. A control panel is provided to control or adjust the temperature and other parameters of the dryer. We provide Tray Dryer in mild steel, stainless steel or AL construction.
