The tapping oil is dark red coloured thick oil which makes any difficult tapping more easy. It is being successfully used on bottleneck tapping operation. Extreme pressure additives incorporated in “tapping oil”. Avoid welding of bure seizing of tap and healing of  reamer. Effective lowering of surface tension enable tapping fluid to penerate quickly excellent cooling and lubrication gives marvelous surface finish rusting corrosion and sludge formation is effectively reduced. No irritation or infection of skin. It does not stain.

Specially formulated silicone oils and compounds act as very effective mold release agents. They prevent bonding with the surface and improve the surface finish of the cured resins. As silicone chemistries have inherently high temperature stability, they are ideal for plastic injection molding machines.
