The tapping oil is dark red coloured thick oil which makes any difficult tapping more easy. It is being successfully used on bottleneck tapping operation. Extreme pressure additives incorporated in “tapping oil”. Avoid welding of bure seizing of tap and healing of  reamer. Effective lowering of surface tension enable tapping fluid to penerate quickly excellent cooling and lubrication gives marvelous surface finish rusting corrosion and sludge formation is effectively reduced. DCL series is a highly concentrated synthetic, formulated for aluminum, zinc and magnesium die casting operations. It incorporates a blend of synthetic oils with high temperature polymers that enhance its wetting and release capabilities while producing bright and clean castings. The product also contains a unique chemistry that breaks through the leidenfrost effect much quicker allowing the die to cool. This reduces spray time and amounts. Typical operating temperature range is 200°C to 310°C.
