The machine is designed to inspect and polish capsules after powder filling operation prior to packing. Filled capsules travel from the hopper to the vibrating tray and pass in a zigzag way through the inspection belt, which is provided with light arrangement for visual inspection of damaged capsules prior to polishing. The S.S. Strips provided on the inspection belt rotate the capsules. This helps the operator to inspect and sort out the damaged capsules. The capsules then pass through the spiral brush, which removes the powder from the capsule surface.
