A Sample Process flow of the system Silo of 1 Ton (1 unit): This Silo would be mounted on the load cell and would indicate the weight of the material filled in it. A complete batch including different ingredients would be made here manually by checking the weight of each item while filling. Vibratory Feeder (1 unit): This Feeder would be placed each at the bottom of the Silo to feed the material in the Z Type Elevator. Z-Type Elevator: This would carry the material from the discharge of the Vibratory feeder and will convey it to the Mixer via the Diverter. Y – Diverter: This would be mounted at the outlet of Z Elevator. It would be pneumatically operated by a manual solenoid valve and would alternately feed the 2 Mixers Mixer 750 Kg (Twin): This would thoroughly mix the Ingredients received from the weigh hopper. It has a 10HP main motor Mixer. The discharge valve below it is of Flap type operated by pneumatic cylinders, which while in closed condition doesn’t allow any material to get accumulated over it. Collection Hopper (1 Ton): This would be mounted below the 2 mixers and would take the discharge from both of the mixers Screw Conveyor (1 unit): This would convey the material from the outlet of the Collection Hopper and would feed at the inlet of the Bagging Station. Bagging Station (1 Unit): The bags of 50 Kg each would be filled here it consists of two outlets for each where the material would come alternately. While one bag is getting filled in the 1st outlet, the 2nd would be stopped and will be replaced with a new bag manually. The Weight scale is placed below the two outlets which would automatically weigh 50 Kg and then switch the discharge to the other outlet.

Description: Suni Lever Limit Switch is used for heavy duty E.O.T. Cranes, Wagon shunting devices etc., to prevent over travelling or over traversing on power and control circuit up to 500 volts A.C. 50 cycles / second and 40 amps current rating. We are counted among the ecstatic Lever Operated Limit Switch Manufacturers in India. Suni makes Lever type Limit Switch normally remains closed and cuts off power to stop the motor of the particulars motion. Suni Make lever Limit switch operates when its lever reaches its pre-determined position and the lever is moved over a projecting member fixed on the Girder. The Limit Switch contacts are automatically reset when the lever returns to zero position due to spring action. The Lever Limit Switch is made in IP-54 enclosure. In case of IP-54, the cover is of Cast Aluminum. Also in this case the base and cover have machined surface to protect the Limit Switch against dust. The cam shaft on which the cams are fitted is mounted in the housing on moulded bushes of synthetic material which are fixed to the front and rear walls by means of screws. The Cams which are fitted on the cam shaft are moulded from the highest quality synthetic material and are accurately cut to correspond to the switching sequence desired. The contacts have a maximum continuous Current capacity of 40 amps AC. The contact tips are made of high grade Silver Cadmium Oxide alloy. When used for Series operation [up to 40 Amps maximum], the Contacts are suitable for 720 operations per hour and in case of Shunt operation [for Control Circuit], the Contacts are suitable for 1000 operation per hour. The same Contacts can be used in Series as well as in Shunt configurations The switching capacity of the Contacts when used for Shunt operation is 15 amps at 400 Volts, AC on highly inductive load and 2.5 amps at 220 Volts DC. These switching capacities in fact are far in excess of what is actually required in practice and hence replacement of Contacts for Shunt may not be necessary for a long time. The body of the Contacts is made of high grade Melamine which is specifically suited for heavy duty operation .The material is non tracking and is capable of with standing heavy arcing.

The lay shall be so chosen as to minimize cross talk in the cable Individual Shelding If required, individual shielding may be of poly Aluminum (Thin Layer of Aluminum Foil bonded to Polyester Film) Tape with Annealed Tinned Copper Drain Wire. It prevents the shorting of adjacent shield and minimizes the cross talk and ground loops. A Tinned Copper drain Wire is installed to provide continuous contact with the shield and allow to connection to ground. Tinning the drain wire reduces galvanic corrosion between drain and shield. Laying of Pair / Triad / Quad Pair / Triad / Quad are laid up with suitable lay. The outer most layers are right hand lay and successive layers are laid up with opposite lay. Then, a Melinex Tape is provided to bind up laid up Pair / Triad / Quad. Overall Shielding If required, Overall Shielding may be of Annealed Tinned Copper Braiding / Poly Aluminum ( Thin Layer of Aluminum Foil bonded to Polyester Film) Tape with Annealed Tinned Copper Drain Wire. Braiding ATC Shield has high tensile Strength and provides better coverage in flexing application. They are easier to terminate. This provides effective shielding, cross talk and noise are kept to an absolute minimum. Inner Sheath The laid up Pair / Triad / Quad after shielding are provided with an inner sheath, which may be Extruded Inner Sheath. Armouring It is applied over inner Sheath. It may consist of galvanized Round Steel wires or galvanized Flat Steel Strips. Outer Sheath It is applied over Armoring in case of Armoured Cable or over inner sheath in case of Unarmoured cable. The Color or Sheath is Black / Blue / Red / Grey. The Sheath material may be General Purpose / HR / FRLS / LSZH PVC compound as per requirement of specification.
