In the simplest terms, an air manifold allows you to connect multiple hoses to a central point on your worksite. It creates a junction box for using multiple tools on the same compressor without needing to run a separate line for each tool. Description Header Pipe: Air Header Pipe constructed from Seamless Pipe, size 1-1/2" & 2" NB schedule 40 and 80. Caps or Reducers welded to the pipe is manufactured from forge material. Inlet Connection: Flange or three piece union type connection. Outlet Connection: 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 18 or as per customer requirement. This outlet Connection are provided with IXX make Ball or Needle Valve of 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" sizes. Nipple used for all the above connections are manufactured from seamless pipe. Drain Connection: 1/2" or 1" Ball Valve ,Needle Valve, Gate Valve, Globe Valve as per customer requirement. Mounting: Bracket can be provide as option. Testing: Air Headers are tested at 150 PSI Pneumatically and 1000 PSI Hydraulically.
