Mico® is Europa Metalli's mineral insulated cable manufac­tured according to BS 6207 (or A53013) and comprises:   an outer sheath, consisting of a continuous seamless copper tube with a melting point of 1083°C, a magnesium oxide insulant, with a melting point of 2800°C, 99.9% electrolytic copper conductors, with a melting point of 1083 °C.   Mico® consists of absolutely inert materials with a mineral base with main properties as follows: an extremely high melting point, much higher than tem­peratures recorded in the presence of fire, an extremely high durability due to the fact that the elec­trical and mechanical properties of the materials used remain perfectly stable in the course of time.   Mico® may also be supplied with an additional outer L.S.F. (low smoke and fume material) self-extinguishing sheath (available in orange, red, white and black colour) following the requirements of IEC 332, halogen free, useful for areas where chemical agents may damage the copper sheath. Mico® is manufactured in two ranges: Light duty: L (classified rated 500 V or 0.6kV according to different national standards) ideal for low power lighting and motive power systems, waterproof and fire resistant. Heavy duty: H (classified rated 750 V or l.OkV according to different national standards) ideal for electrical power plants, waterproof and fire resistant. Europa Metalli is one of the few manufacturers all over the world able to supply the full range of mineral insulated cables: either Ligth Duty or Heavy Duty up to 19 cores or up 400 mm2 one core. The commercial coil lengths are designed to the maximum possible, often avoiding the necessity of many joints: saving material, time and money. We are offering FEP Insulated Cable. fep is the softest of the fluorocarbon co-polymers, offered by Balaji Cables, and beside is an excellent insulation material, likely to be the most favorable Fluoropolymer for cable jackets. fep has excellent non-ageing characteristics and a broad useful temperature range from about -200ºC to +200ºC continuously. Used as insulation, fep passes several severe flame tests as for instance the ieee 383 and has also the ul 94 V-0 rating. The chemical inertness of the material is excellent and is one of the most chemical resistant polymers. Extruded fep insulated high voltage wire and cable offer exceptional dielectric strength without the disadvantages common to equally rated silicone rubber insulated cables. As a result, cable assemblies or cable bundles are of smaller diameter and therefore take up substantially less volume and have a smaller bend radius, which allows the designer to better utilize the space within the system. It has good corona inception qualities and its construction gives it excellent durability and resistance to dielectric cooling fluid degradation.

ELECTRICAL WIRES Zenium offers PVC Insulated Single Core Unsheathed Wires using more than 99.9% pure Electrolytic grade Copper within 100% conductivity. These electrolytic grade copper conductors are annealed and bunched together, as multiple strands, which offers great flexibility to make it more ideal for conduit wiring. These wires are being insulated with a Flame Retardant (FR) & Flame Retardant Low Smoke & Halogen Free (FRLSH) PVC Compound with high insulation resistance. The insulation process is carried out on highly efficient and speedy extrusion lines, for higher accuracy in performance. These wires are as per IS : 694 : 2010FLAME RETARDANT (FR)ZENIUM-FR wires have high oxygen and temperature index, that prevents the spreading of fire even at high temperatures. ZENIUM-FR wires are manufactured using 99.97% pure, electrolytic grade, bright annealed bare copper within 100% conductivity. These wires are insulated with flame retardant-FR PVC compound with a high oxygen and temperature index, specially formulated and manufactured in house.FLAME RETARDANT LOW SMOKE & HALOGEN FREE (FRLSH)In case of fire, conventional PVC insulated wires give out thick black smoke and toxic fumes of hydrochloric acid gas. This impairs visibility and hampers rescue operations. ZENIUM FRLSH on the contrary, not only emits very little smoke and toxic gases, but also retards the spreading of fire. It is thus ideal of concealed and conduit wiring in multi-storied high rise buildings such as hotels, banks, hospitals, factories, commercial complexes and residential apartments etc.,
