The Rail Pad is a device which is mounted beneath the Rails of the Crane or any locomotive which moves on that Rail. The outer walls of the Rail Pad are rubberized while MS Strip is sandwiched between the two walls of rubber material.

Insutech PVC Insulated Conductor system is modern power supply system made up of single pole conductor rail used in mobile machines. The system is designed as finger safe in line with International Practices. The PVC material used in Insutech System is special type of grade which is weather and chemical resistant. Insutech offers complete Conventional DSL System which generally comprises of Indian Standard Angle (ISA) or Rails, Brackets, Current Collectors Assemblies, Copper Expansion Compensator, Power Feed Clamp, Control Clamp. The conventional assembly is ideally suited when the current ratings are beyond 400Amps under normal operation and shall be suited for lower ratings where the environment is dusty. Brackets are welded to the web of the girder at 2.0m intervals. When the brackets have been fitted, the four conductor rails (three phases and earth) are assembled with proper alignment of all the four conductors. The Current Collector are mounted onto the Crane, which is in contact with the Conductor Rail and thus provides power to all the Panels of the Crane. Insutech Conventional DSL Systems is ideally suited for Steel Plants, Smelters, Power Plants outdoor operating conditions.
