Valve seats are used in the suction and discharge valve of the homogenizer and high pressure pumps. These are made up of special material depending upon the product and model of machine. We supply different material combination including sterlite, Rex alloy, Tungsten carbide etc.

These gaskets are also known as Plunger Packing which is used to prevent leakage of the product fluid through plunger. It consist of 4-5 rings. We supply FDA approved special grade imported Chevron gaskets which are suitable for hygienic fluid. According to model and capacity of machine various dimensions of these gaskets are available with us.  

We supply Plungers for homogenizer machines and high pressure pumps made up of corrosion resistance hardened special grade of steel which is most suitable for Food and Dairy Industry. Oil filter is used in high pressure homogenizer to clean the lubrication oil for safe working of machine. It needs to clean or replaced regularly. Different oil filters depending on the capacity of homogenizer and micron size are available with us.
