We are offering screw conveyor. The screw conveyor is used for conveying free flowing granular/powdered material such as grain,sand,chemicals in a closed trough over lengths of up to 30 meters. It can convey horizontally,up an incline or vertically. The screw conveyor has a auger with specific pitch and diameter to suit the conveying capacity required rotating within a u shaped trough shell with a cover. It can have multiple feed and discharge points along its length and can also be used to mix multiple materials in specific ratios for feed into process machines.

We are offering goose neck elevator. A goose neck or z conveyor is used for handling fresh fruit or processed foods from floor level to receiving hopper of pouch filling machines.the material of construction is ss 401 and the belting is food grade with side walls and intermediate vanes. A feed hopper fills the pockets of the conveyor as it travels and then discharges off the top end of the conveyor.the inclination of the neck can be upto 70 degrees and capacities upto 10 tonnes per hour.

We are offering elevating platform. A elevating platform is unique in design for 3 way loading /unloading. The platform is "l" shaped overhand and travels along the vertical boom of the main frame. The platform can be raised by,wire rope winch,hydraulic cylinder or motorised screw jack with split nut. It is ideally suited for elevating loads such as scooters and cars onto carrier trucks,onto and from mezzanine floors and also as a palletiser / depalletizert for bags,cartons or cans. The motorised versions are provided with elecriccal control panels with limit switches.

We are offering dumping trolleys. The dumping trolley is an ideal piece of equipment for collection of machineing chips from cnc machines. It has a perforated bottom plate which drains the coolant fluid into a sump tank and can be emptied into the machine tank. The drained machine chips can be transported to a dumping site and when the locking lever is released the trolley automatically rolls over to dump its contents and then reverses into its original position to re engage the lock.

We are offering cheese shredder. Mozzerella cheese shredder is a unique design in ss 304 construction and can shred a 2 kg block of cheese in 30 seconds. The shredder is powered by a 5hp 3 phase electric motor and the vanes rotate at 360 rpm and 10 kgm torque. The shredder can also be used for grating vegetables and fruits for making jamspickles or for dehydrating.

We are offering bucket elevator. A bucket elevator is used for elevating small lumped material to heights of 50 meters or more for feeding into bins or silos or into processing machines. They are avaiable in 2 designs.centrifugal discharge, positive discharge the elevator comprises of a number of pans or buckets fitted continously onto a endless belt or chains and .travelling at a speed from 30 m/min for positive discharge elevators for sticky and hygroscopic material to 150 m/min for free flowing material in centrifugal discharge elevators. The casing can be single box or double leg the latter being prefered for out door installations for lesser wind resistance. The elevtor has a working platform at the top end which also supports the drive and hold back arrangements. The material is fed into the boot section hopper and discharged over the head pulley/sprocket into a discharge chute from where it is guided to the storage bins or processing machines.

We are offering belt conveyor. The karrimore flat belt conveyor can be supplied in food grade pvc belting or rubber top nylon carcass belting. These conveyors are used for moving piece goods horizontally or up an incline with rough top belting upto speeds of 100 meters/min. The frame is made from robust formed gi sheet metal or ss 304 grade for food applications .the conveyor is driven by geared motors depending on capacity of the conveyor in pieces per minute or tons per hour. Lengths of the conveyor can range from 3 meters to 1000 meters. The conveyors can be installed indoors or out doors with proper rain cover hoods.

We are offering aluminium platform ladder. The aluminium platform ladder is the ideal maintanence accessory for carrying out installation and maintanence of overhead electrifications or other work.the platform height can extend from 1 meter to 12 meters and the equipment is provided with safety rails and chequered plate platform floors.it is portable and light in weight and can be easily manouvered over long distances manually or by towing.

We are offering airport trolley. The airport trolley is available in 3 wheel and 4 wheel nestable design and is manufactured from ss 202 grade steel. It is provided with pole brake arrangement for locking of wheels in standing condition. The brakes are unlocked by pressing down the handle of the trolley.the capacity of the trolley is 100 kg and it is provided with basket and display board for advertising.

We are offering belt stacker conveyor. The portable belt stacker is used for loading unloading of piece goods such as bags and cases from or onto trucks or onto mezzanine floors or for stacking of grain bags in layers in the ware houses.the boom of the conveyor can be raised from 0 degrees to 45 degree angle with rough top belt and the conveyor is driven by a 3 hp geared motor.

A sweep auger is used in Flat Bottom Silos for empting out grain stored after it has stopped flowing out by gravity and comes to rest at its angle of repose. The Sweep Auger has its drive end pivoted at the center of the Sillo discharge spout. The other end of the Sweep Auger has a wheel which travels along the periphery of the Silo wall.When the Sweep Auger is switched on the auger digs into the grain pile pulling it towards the center discharge spout and continue around the Silo floor till all the grain has been removed.Sizes depends on discharge capacity in T/hr of grain
