Construction Ovens are made of double wall with backside triple. The unit is insulated with 3″ high grade glass wool. The door is fitted on heavy hinges. Technical Specification Controlling System Microprocessors based autotune PID temperature controller with a dual display of set value & process value for precise control of temperature with PT 100 sensor is used for temperature. Air Circulation The motorized blower with the insulated shaft at the backside of the chamber develops a unique airflow system which ensures maximum uniform temperature inside the chamber. The unique airflow ensures quick recovery after the door opening. Heating System SS tubular heating elements are used on the back walls to maintain uniform condition inside the chamber.
