Hot air ovens are laboratory and scientific equipment which uses hot air for sterilization. The hot air oven runs at high temperature several times to destroy the bacteria. The general temperature range is between 5 deg c to 450 deg c. In this lab oven, the material is first heated from the surface and the heat gradually move towards the core. After a specific time, the oven is switched off and the material is taken out.

The unit is mounted on a study steel frame and provided with caster wheels(large sized Models Only) for easy movement inside the laboratory.The unit is provided with one to three stainless steel is provided With one to three shelves(As per the inner size). Heating: Indirect three side heating system is provided in our units,comprising of air heaters made of high grade kanthal A-1 wires of suitable wattage.. The warm air is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through natural convention. Temperature Range: Temperature range of our standard oven models are 50oc above ambient temperature to 250oc however we have the capacity to modify the same to suit the individual specialized requirements of our customers.
