The “AMGT-2” is a portable feeler gauge. It is used to measure the thickness of non-magnetic materials, such as plastic, glass, ceramic, aluminium, copper etc…The accuracy of the measurements is not affected by the shape of the sample.It’s designed by basing on the method of the Hall Effect. Simple and rapid as below: Place the steel ball on the side of the sample and the probe on the opposite side. Move the sample and let the probe to be the tested position. The steel ball will be drawn by the probe automatically. The Hall Effect sensor on the probe measure the distance between probe tip and the steel ball. Utilising the basic principle of - liquids find their level - tubular level gauges have been the most preferred and economical means of direct liquid level indication since time immemorial. Various means of glass tube protections- 3 plate glass protection, 3 guard rods, pipe guard or C-channel protections are in popular use. Our level gauges have C-channel protection of 2 mm thick sheet metal, making it robust and sturdy. A black powder coated aluminium engraved scale with white numerals & markings is provided for indication of the level of liquid in millimeter or Litres as required. Scale shall have minimum graduation of 5 mm. Process connections can be threaded or flanged to customer specifications. Salient Features : “MAHALAXMI MAKE” Float & Board Type Level Indicators are used for accurate Liquid Level Gauging of 􀃶xed roof tanks storing oil, water, solvents and other products. The units are designed for simple, easy installation for “Tanks-in-Service” or “ Tanks - out - service” and to provide a maximum of trouble free service. The Indicators are specially recommended for application requiring a low cost, low maintenance method for liquid level gauging and where operations necessitate accuracy to 25 mm +/-. The Indicators are 􀃸oat - operated with a steel target that runs vertically up and down, registering tank contents on a calibrated board that is mounted outside of the tank for quick convenient readings.   Mterial of Constructions : The sturdy design and stainless steel construction of the float is resistant to the corrosive effects of petroleum products and assures a long dependable use. In addition to the float assembly, the 􀃸oat cable, guide wires and Indicator target guide wires are of Stainless Steel. The target assembly and fitting are of galvanized steel. The Gauge board is constructed of aluminium and has bold, legible markings in MM or CM with easy-to-read numerals every MM or CM. Stainless Steel gauges are also available on special order. The Level Gauge is also available in PP & PVC construction for HCL tanks.
