It is an open scale target reading type level gauging device Suitable for all types of non-pressurised tanks like cone roof, flat roof, overhead storage tanks. It works on the principle of buoyancy, consists of printed multi colored aluminum scales, which are mounted on the side of the tank With adjustable brackets.     As the liquid rises in the tank, the large float fitted in the tank also goes up, in turn moving the pointer on the scale. The float is connected to the pointer with wire rope which glides over almost frictionless nylon rollers, thereby ensuring a trouble free operation.   Float & wetted parts Available in various MOC such as SS 304, SS316, Mild Steel, PP, etc. Magnetic vapor seal arrangement can be provided for hazardous fluids .   This type of Level Gauges are suitable for: - Over Ground / Overhead storage tanks - Water, Fire water and DM water, petroleum storage tanks - All non-hazardous and non-pressurised tank applications

SIGMA’s AUGUST series Automatic Tank Gauges are designed to provide continuous liquid level measurement for bulk storage applications. The AUGUST is a float actuated instrument that provides continuous and reliable liquid level measurement, specifically engineered to reduce maintenance and enhance reliability.In principle, the AUGUST utilizes a large stainless steel float that is attached to a perforated stainless steel tape to detect the liquid level. The float traces the liquid level rise and fall due to the constant pull-back tension force provided by a power spring. The precisely perforated tape engages pins on a sprocket drive wheel that in turn drives the measurement counter mechanism. The float is guided between the guide wires that are kept straight/kink free through the tension devices. Alternatively, still wells that shall guide the float can be used where there is no provision for guide wires. This simple, rugged design makes the gauge to perform with negligible maintenance throughout its working life.

Offers tubular type liquid level gauges. Suitably designed to assure positive seal with minimum compression of packing, provided with packing gland to prevent torsional stress of glass when packing nuts are tightened.

The Teleflo Oil Level Indicator (OLI) was developed in response to the need of maintenance professionals to gauge the oil level inside large tanks, gearboxes and reservoirs. The Telelfo Oil Level Indicator is a clear borosilicate or acrylic tube or flat glass with ¼”, ½”, ¾” BSP or NPT threads at one or each end. Red and green lines are sometimes included with the teleflo oil level indicator to mark upper and lower limits, or to designate running oil level and idle oil level. It can be installed with the optional breather at the top port.. If the user requires a closed loop, top connection can be used as a connector port to feed back into the system. Operators can visually monitor the level of and take appropriate preventive action. The knob type oil level indicator is the simplest oil level monitoring indicator available in sizes 1/2” to 2” BSP(M).
