The “AMGT-2” is a portable feeler gauge. It is used to measure the thickness of non-magnetic materials, such as plastic, glass, ceramic, aluminium, copper etc…The accuracy of the measurements is not affected by the shape of the sample.It’s designed by basing on the method of the Hall Effect. Simple and rapid as below: Place the steel ball on the side of the sample and the probe on the opposite side. Move the sample and let the probe to be the tested position. The steel ball will be drawn by the probe automatically. The Hall Effect sensor on the probe measure the distance between probe tip and the steel ball. Our level gauges have C-channel protection of 2 mm thick sheet metal, making it robust and sturdy. A black powder coated aluminium engraved scale with white numerals & markings is provided for indication of the level of liquid in millimeter or Litres as required. Scale shall have minimum graduation of 5 mm. Process connections can be threaded or flanged to customer specifications. Isolating cock valves/needle valves or isolating needle valves with safety ball-check protection to prevent spilling/leakage by automatic shut-off in the event of glass tube breakage- are optional features.
