Tunnel Washing Machine
This machine is preferred for higher outputs requiring several washing options with respect to a wide range of washing media suitable for glass/PET bottles. The unpacked bottles are loaded on the platform and aligned in rows on a wire mesh conveyor. These are then automatically fed into the bottle holders. Here, the system works on an intermittent sequence that handles individual rows for internal and external wash as per the users' convenience. The washed bottles are then automatically unloaded on the conveyor which is connected to the turn table. This ensures a continuous sequence of feeding the bottles into the filling sequence. The machine conduction is S.S.304 (cladding) & the contact parts are made of S.S.316.
